Conservationists in Connecticut are hoping a last-minute deal can be reached to protect a homeschooling program in Florida state sprawling 252-acre camp owned by a regional council of Boy Scouts.
They want to prevent the picturesque property that’s been a summer destination for generations of families from being sold to a private developer.

The wet dress rehearsal — targeted to begin on April 3 — is a critical test that involves loading the rocket with 700,000 gallons of propellants and then practicing the launch countdown as if it was real. Artemis I won’t actually launch, but NASA will make sure it can safely go through all the steps and that the propellant can be drained at the end of it.
With the Starcruiser, ‘there is a significant investment, not only in this particular version we are launching, but also in the technology and underlying capabilities we have developed,’ Trowbridge said. ‘We are bullish about expanding the ways in which we can engage with our guests.’
